16 Days of Activism

Greetings to the ManKind Project Community in Johannesburg,

I would like to take this time to bring awareness to the community to stand against Abuse of Women and Children during this time of the year (16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Campaign) and always in our daily lives to protect them.

Call to Action: I invite all I-Groups, community bodies and all men that represent Mankind Project South Africa to take time and discuss this fundamental issue that our society, homes and community is facing.

I invite all men to hold a space or stand up for women and children facing such violent and traumatic behaviour to better each and every life of women and children.

The 16 Days of Activism are not enough to bring such changes but each day brings awareness and every stand against such will bring changes in our society, community and nation so that women and children are safe and enjoy equal opportunities as men.

Wathinta umfazi wantinta imbokodo, abantwana yizibusiso.

Children are the future of tomorrow and Women are the rock of the nation, so let’s do everything to protect them. Blessings.

Yours sincerely,
Mluleki Sibanda “Still Waters”
